Description
Amberleigh House is a period property built in 1835, once part of the Smith Barns Estate (Fota House). It is set on almost two acres of wooded gardens on an elevated site with a breathtaking view of the entire Harbour and Bay.

We offer four guest bedrooms, all en-suite (with power showers). They are of generous proportions and have tea/coffee making facilities. We have a large guest lounge with comfortable sofas and a real coal fire for those chilly evenings. Here you can watch television, read or just relax with some music. In the dining room you can view the comings and goings of the Harbour whilst enjoying a traditional Irish breakfast.

Location
General directions from Cork: Take N25 (East) and turn off for Cobh. Continue along main road until you enter Cobh. You will come to a split in the road. The road down to the right takes you to the Town Centre, you need to take the sharp left uphill turn, passing an old yellow garage on your left. Continue up this hill until you can clearly see the road ahead of you. Take an immediate left turn up the narrow driveway (West End Terrace), and continue along the driveway to the last house - that's us! There should be plenty to the side of the house.
